The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) has approved 12 projects worth U$1.3 bn on 5 April 2022. These 12 projects include ten new and two revised plans. For running the projects, the government will raise U$9.3 Mn of the fund, and the rest will come from the concerned organization’s fund and project assistance department.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and the Chairperson of ECNEC presided over the virtual meeting. Besides them, the State Minister for Planning, Dr. Shamsul Alam, and members of the Planning Commission were present at the briefing.
